“S

ometimes I rhyme slow, sometimes I rhyme quick, I was on 1-2-5 and St. Nick…” is a line from a 1991 hit by Nice & Smooth. Though the notorious intersection sits nestled in Harlem, the shops attract people from all boroughs and the sidewalks stay packed. All walks of life can be found here, from African women soliciting hair braiding clients to soulful street vendors selling classic, pro-black literature. Amid the chaos, Dominion of New York spotted a few fashionably-clad folks, with a nice and smooth sense of style.
