et’s cut to the chase. I know you want to hear the joke first:
“A little boy said to his mother; ‘Mommy, how come I’m black and you’re white?’” the email joke reads. “His mother replied, ‘Don’t even go there Barack! From what I can remember about that party, you’re lucky you don’t bark!’”
According to the Great Falls Tribune, the District of Montana Federal judge who circulated the joke is Chief Judge Richard Cebull, a 2001 Bush appointee. Go to the Great Falls Tribune to read more of Judge Cebull’s e-mail. But let me assure you, Judge Cebull is not a racist, and he’s never discriminated against black litigants.
Where is that federal judge recall when you need it? Oh, that’s right. Federal judges have lifetime appointments.
Perhaps it’s time we get behind this initiative, to make federal judges accountableto the public, by the Florida group Citizens for Judicial Accountability.

horrible, this president has had the worse treatment in history! There’s no denying that fact. He has turned around the country with so much resistance, yet “intelligent”citizens continue to degrade him simply because of his race. This country is far from being “post racial!”
This statement or e-mai from a judge and others who continue to degrade the President of these United States of America say’s a lot about themselves. The e-mail and the judge who sent it is both degrading and very disturbing. I am calling on this Judge to resign as well as Rush Limbaugh. We all need to help one and other and leave any sort of racism behind. I see all race suffering and it is no different than anyone race. It make’s no different who the President is…..he is the sitting President and we should all respect that and liking him has nothing to do with the President who has been elected into office to serve this great nation. Judge Cubull, you action and your joking if any is not acceptable. Your resignation should be presented immediately
If I sent that email, I would have been fired; however, there appears to be immunity for the “elite” in this country. If I ever committed the acts of Richard Nixon, Dick Cheney, Bill Clinton, and certain Wall Streeters, I would have been fired from my job, fined, convicted, or imprisoned, if not executed.
The United States is a great country…if you happen to be a member of the elite.

I don’t think what the Judge said is at all a Racist Joke. Buy the looks of things Obama hiding his illegal aunt in that state of MA and we are paying for it, I think there are much worse things to be dealt with than this mans personal life at telling jokes. I have told worse jokes when I was younger, and also I think that anyone that comes here is a citizen has the right to privacy and to speak to friends at will! Everyone that is upset about this is probably a worse racist than this man is! I have a story for you; I went to a church and was told I could not enter due to being “White” and I told the gentleman “I am not white I am a Native American”. He turned to me and said ” If you ain’t Black! You ain’t coming in here boy! I told him ok I proceeded to my car and called the main pastor of the church and told him the issue, He said, “Well you have to excuse him because we are an all black church!” I told him I refuse to ever speak there again and to have a nice day. Oh, did I mention I am a “Reverend” ? So dont judge people by their comments, looks and ideals, due to you may be the one being judged yourself. Have a great and blessed day!

Federal Judges can be impeached. I would think any petitioner that files a brief in this “Judge’s” court could ask for him to recuse himself. But, practically speaking, we’re stuck with these idiots. Identifying them at least gives us some expectation as to how they will treat us. Onward through the fog.
Good point about recusal, Randy. Impeachment is technically a possibility, but the process is so onerous as to be useless.
if a Judge… a Federal Judge can openly say thing unruly about the Commander In Chief then he needs to experience politically and professorially the ramifications of such defaming comments ! Idoit !
I think that’s the problem. It’s a lifetime appointment. There are no political or professional ramifications for being a racist judge.
Oh, he can be made to resigned, and at this point….we all should demand that he does! Lifetime appointment of not……continuation of degrading and making jokes or anything that damage the image of the President is something we just should not do. Personally, there has been no perfect President. This President have stay the course regardless what people said and done. If he don’t resigned…..stress will take its toll.
